An IFS Healing Circle For Women

This 8-week IFS Healing Circle is a transformative group experience designed for women who are ready to embark on a journey of healing, self-discovery, and empowerment. Using the Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach, this space encourages connection with your inner parts to restore balance, harmony, and peace.

Together, we will honor your lived experiences while nurturing your emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.

This healing circle is for women who:

  • Are ready to prioritize their mental and emotional well-being.

  • Want to explore and heal the parts of themselves that may feel burdened or stuck.

  • Seek a nurturing community of like-minded women for support and encouragement.

  • Desire tools and practices to cultivate self-compassion and resilience.

What You Can Expect

  • Small Group Size: Intimate setting with a maximum of 10 participants to foster connection and individualized attention.

  • 8 Weekly Sessions: Each 90-minute session is guided by myself, a trained IFS practitioner who will support your journey.

  • Healing Practices: Guided meditations, IFS exercises, sculpting, and reflective journaling

  • Community Support: Share your story, celebrate your wins, and feel seen and valued in community with other women.

  • Lasting Transformation: Gain tools to carry your healing beyond the group and into your daily life.

When Will The Group Run?

Group meetings will occur every Thursday from 1pm-2:30pm
